Job Summary

The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director/Management, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, effective communication, document management, and coordination with clients, government departments, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, prepare, and review qualified letters, emails, notices, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with government departments such as PWD, ADB, and other authorities regarding project documentation.
Maintain confidential files, contracts, reports, and company records.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action points.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts,



and Site Engineers for timely submission of required documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Track key deadlines, approvals, and document submissions.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and project-related documentation.
Maintain office records, stationery, and administrative documentation.
Perform other executive and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Executive.
Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills may also apply.

Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong drafting skills for official and government correspondence.
