Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and provide accurate business insights to support management decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or a similar role, with solid hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze data from different departments.
Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and reports.
Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of MIS data.
Generate reports related to Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Dispatch, Attendance, Manpower, and other business functions as required.
Track targets, achievements,



variances, and pending activities.
Analyze data and highlight trends, gaps, and exceptions to management.
Coordinate with different departments to collect required data and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain proper records and databases for reporting purposes.
Automate and improve existing reporting processes wherever possible.
Prepare presentations and management reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis whenever required.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of business data.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on knowledge of MS Excel.
Good knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, charts, and data validation.
Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
Robust data analysis and interpretation skills.
Good understanding of data management and reporting processes.
Knowledge of Power BI wil
