Key Responsibilities
Welcome and professionally attend to showroom customers.
Understand customer needs, budget, and usage requirements.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, colours, pricing, and offers.
Arrange and conduct test rides.
Generate and follow up on enquiries through LeadSquared/CRM.
Convert enquiries into test rides, bookings, and retail sales.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
Explain finance, insurance, exchange, accessories, and registration options.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and other departments for smooth delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Follow up with customers after delivery and support customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain qualified grooming, product knowledge, and customer-handling standards.

Eligibility
12th / Any Degree preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in automobile, retail, telecom, banking, or customer service is an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
