We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day publishing and content operations across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
Write engaging captions, hooks, carousel copy, and social media content.
Work with creative, video, and marketing teams to plan and execute content.
Manage the community across social platforms by responding to comments, DMs, and audience queries in a timely and authentic manner.
Track social media performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
Analyse metrics such as reach, engagement, views, follower growth, CTR, and other relevant KPIs.
Translate performance data into explicit insights and actionable recommendations for future content.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, platform updates, and audience behaviour.

Requirements




2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital content.
Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Robust writing and communication skills.
Positive understanding of social media content formats and platform-specific best practices.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Canva or other basic content creation tools.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
Experience working with content, creative, education, finance, or other knowledge-driven brands.
Understanding of short-form video content and YouTube content strategy.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
