? We're Hiring: Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or ITAM)

We're currently partnering with a client to expand their ServiceNow team and are looking for experienced Senior Associate ServiceNow Developers with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Asset Management (ITAM)

. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in at least one of these modules and a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform development, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.

? Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore

? Working Model: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

? About the Role As a Senior Associate ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that support critical business processes and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with platform best practices.

? What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Configure and customize platform capabilities across CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or ITAM
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and third-party technologies
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop custom scripts, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, and automation capabilities
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and governance
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives




- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials

Customer Service Management (CSM)

- Experience implementing and enhancing ServiceNow CSM solutions
- Case Management configuration and optimization
- Knowledge Management and self-service portal development
- Agent Workspace and Customer Service Operations

- Integration of customer-facing processes with backend systems

Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

- Experience implementing HR Case Management solutions
- Employee Center and Employee Journey development
- HR lifecycle event configuration and automation
- Knowledge Management within HR environments
- Document management and employee service workflows
- Integration with enterprise HR systems

IT Operations Management (ITOM)

- Service Mapping experience
- Event Management and Operational Intelligence
- CMDB design, governance, and architecture
- Cloud Discovery and Service Mapping
- MID Server configuration and maintenance
- Discovery across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

- Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Asset lifecycle management and optimization




- Discovery configurations and asset data management
- Strong CMDB understanding and governance
- Software licensing, compliance, and optimization initiatives
- Understanding of Asset Records versus Configuration Items (CIs)

✅ What We're Looking For

- 6-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong platform development expertise including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules: CSM, HRSD, ITOM, or ITAM
- Deep expertise in at least one ServiceNow product area
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, integrations, and platform architecture
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
- ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, and relevant module certifications)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 30 days or less notice period must (start end of August or end of September)
