Key Responsibilities : -

- The ideal candidate should have strong architectural knowledge, excellent coordination and communication skills, and a proven ability to take ownership of projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects within defined timelines and quality standards.

- Lead and manage large-scale architectural and institutional projects from concept/design development to execution.

- Take complete ownership of project deliverables, coordination, quality, and timelines.

- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

- Identify project risks, delays, and coordination issues and take corrective action proactively.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear architectural and project deliverables.

- Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, landscape, faade, fire, sustainability, acoustics, interior, and other specialist consultants.

- Ensure integration of consultant inputs with architectural design and documentation.

- Review consultant drawings and identify conflicts, discrepancies, and design coordination issues.

- Monitor the quality and progress of work produced by the team.

- Establish clear responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Review architectural design development, planning,



detailing, and construction documentation.

- Ensure that design intent is maintained throughout project development and execution.

- Assist in resolving complex design and technical issues.

- Coordinate with site teams during construction and support resolution of design-related issues.

Requirements : -

- Proven experience handling large-scale projects, preferably institutional, educational, commercial, corporate, Urban development, campus, or mixed-use developments.

- Experience managing projects through multiple stages of design and documentation.

- Demonstrated experience in client management and consultant coordination.

- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, documentation, detailing, and construction processes.

- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams will be an advantage.

- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office,

- Knowledge of BIM coordination and project management software is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications : -

- Bachelor's or masters degree in architecture from the reputed Indian or International Universities.

- 8-15 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
