Position Overview The Lead Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural projects, ensuring the highest standards of drawings and concepts. This role requires leadership, creativity, and technical expertise to guide project teams and deliver impactful, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end drawings and concepts process from concept through construction.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and international clients to ensure functional, aesthetic, and sustainable drawings and concepts.
- Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and international standards.
- Integrate sustainable drawings and concepts practices and innovative technologies into projects.




- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and drawings and concepts teams.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams during execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, 3ds Max, Lumion, Rhino, BIM 360, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and workflows.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, building systems, and sustainable architecture practices.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in architecture (masters preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working on international projects (US/Canada/UK) is highly desirable.
