Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of the office location are preferred.

Handle calls related to hospital billing and payment queries.
Clarify billing-related information to patients/customers.
Coordinate with the concerned internal teams for billing issues.
Follow up on pending billing-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
