Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Infor GHR Consultant
with robust expertise in
Infor Process Automation (IPA)
and
Infor Configuration Console (ICC)
. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, supporting, and enhancing Infor GHR solutions, with a focus on workflow automation, business process configuration, application extensions, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and supportInfor GHRmodules and related business processes.
Design, develop, and maintain workflows usingInfor Process Automation (IPA).
Configureapprovals, notifications, routing, conditions, and business ruleswithin IPA.
Troubleshoot workflow failures, process errors, and performance issues.
Design and maintainInfor Configuration Console (ICC)configurations.
Customize application screens, fields, rules, actions, and other configurable components.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into GHR/IPA/ICC technical solutions.




Work with HR/business teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
Support production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and process flows.
Coordinate with integration, security, HRIS, and other technical teams.
Participate in upgrades, patches, regression testing, and enhancement projects.
Follow Infor GHR development and configuration best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience withInfor GHR.
Robust knowledge ofInfor Process Automation (IPA).
Hands-on experience withInfor Configuration Console (ICC).
Valuable understanding of HR business processes such as:
Employee lifecycle
Hire/Rehire
Employee changes
Position/organization changes
Manager changes
Termination
Approvals and notific
