Preoperative Care:Assessing and preparing patients for surgery.

Intraoperative Care:Assisting the surgical team, monitoring patients, and ensuring a sterile setting.

Postoperative Care:Monitoring patients in recovery, providing postoperative care, and educating patients and families.

Documentation:Maintaining accurate records of patient care.

Communication:Effectively communicating with the surgical team, patients, and families.

Adherence to Protocols:Following hospital policies and safety guidelines.

Emotional Support:Providing emotional support to patients.

Collaboration:Working with a multidisciplinary team for patient care.

Continuous Learning:Staying updated on surgical advancements and engaging in career development.
