Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized and proactive
Founder’s Office Executive – Business & Operations
to provide direct support to the Founder in day-to-day coordination, planning, follow-ups and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Founder’s
daily schedule, calendar and appointments
.
Prepare and maintain the
meeting calendar
, schedule meetings and coordinate with participants.
Plan and coordinate
business meetings, reviews and appointments
.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes/MOMs and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Maintain the Founder’s
daily/weekly work calendar and priority list
.
Coordinate with different departments including
Sales, Accounts, HR, Logistics and Operations
.




Follow up with team members on tasks assigned by the Founder and provide status updates.
Prepare
MIS reports, presentations, Excel sheets and business summaries
as required.
Manage emails, correspondence and documentation on behalf of the Founder when required.
Assist in travel planning, meeting arrangements and other official requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information handled through the Founder’s Office.
Track key deadlines, commitments and pending matters to ensure timely closure.
Handle special projects and assignments given directly by the Founder.
Perform other
EA, coordination and business support activities
as required.
