To identify the Products of all brands and do the physical check of all Products.
He should have positive knowledge in Product identification and the Problems in device.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.
Valuable communication skills to interact with customers.
Prior experience in repairing cell phones
Stay up-to-date with the latest cell phone technology and repair techniques.
He is responsible for converting customers who are coming for Price of the old devices.
He should sense the requirement of customer and offer the price of device.
