Job Summary
:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape a energetic product strategy that solves for user problems, business and partner objectives. This role will require you to define the commerce experience on JioHotstar across multiple categories that enables users to get inspired and transact without disrupting their content watching experience. You will also be required to look at the commerce funnel and identify creative ways to grow the conversion. We are very early in our commerce journey and growing rapidly. Come join this rocketship

About the Team:
JioHotstar is embarking on a journey to grow Content Commerce on the platform. We believe that there is true value to be unlocked for our large user base by building inspiration, consideration and transactions all while watching their favourite content. We have traditionally had 2 monetisation channels: Advertising and Subscriptions. This team intends to work with our partners and build commerce as the third monetisation channel.

Key Responsibilities




Conduct thorough research and analysis to generate actionable insights and determine ROI
Translate abstract problem statements into transparent requirements by assessing market trends and shifts
Influence roadmaps within and outside the functional area to enhance the overall ecosystem
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to roadmaps and prioritization beyond the immediate domain
Show agility in responding to external signals, enabling swift roadmap adjustments, and ensuring transparent communication of impacts
Take ownership of at least one key KPI that directly aligns with Product Objectives and Key Results
Develop deep expertise in at least one functional area, driving strategic advancements through innovation and transformation
Actively participate in team-building initiatives, including contributing to hiring processes
