About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter who enjoys recruitment as a profession and is passionate about identifying and closing high-quality technology talent.

This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role where you will work closely with our GCC customers and existing enterprise clients, managing end-to-end recruitment for engineering and senior technology positions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a staffing/recruitment workplace, supporting GCC customers and senior-level technology hiring mandates. You should be someone who enjoys challenging searches, understands the technology talent market and wants to build expertise as a recruiter rather than move immediately into people management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technology positions.




Work on requirements across GCC customers as well as existing enterprise clients.
Handle mid-to-senior and niche technology hiring, including Staff, Principal, Architect, Engineering Manager and other senior engineering roles.
Source and engage passive candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other sourcing channels.
Understand technical JDs and develop effective sourcing and talent-mapping strategies.
Build and maintain robust pipelines for niche and difficult-to-close engineering positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide market insights.
Manage candidates through the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management and closure.
Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics, pipeline status and closures.
