Key Accountability
Monitor the day-to-day operations for collection and transportation.
Create systems for flawless reporting about projects to the client and in-house.
Manage fleet operations, and cost controlling & optimal utilization of assets.
Timely submission and collection of bill invoices from corporations.
Maintain positive rapport with Govt. officials.
Optimize deployed vehicles and machinery at minimum cost and achieve budgeted tonnage.
Effective workforce utilization.
