Client Interaction & Communication
Interact with clients professionally through calls, messages, emails, and virtual meetings. Understand the client’s profile, requirements, and immigration goals. Provide accurate and complete information regarding immigration opportunities, eligibility, and process flow for different countries. Maintain polite, confident, and qualified communication at all times.
Process Explanation & Guidance
Explain immigration programs, visa categories, documentation requirements, and timelines clearly to clients. Ensure clients understand every stage of the process without confusion. Provide transparency regarding services, procedures, and company policies. Share updates and key information related to immigration changes whenever required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
