An Accounts and Finance Manager directs a company's daily accounting operations, manages financial reporting, ensures statutory tax compliance, and guides business budgeting. This leadership role maintains internal financial controls and supports strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Tax & Statutory Compliance: Manage filings and compliance requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax returns.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor cash flow, create financial forecasts, and control operational costs.
Audits & Controls: Coordinate internal and external audits while reinforcing robust financial internal controls.





Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (b.com), or MBA in Finance, or qualified designation (CA/CPA/ACCA equivalent preferred).
Experience: 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting and financial management, with supervisory background.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
Knowledge Base: Robust grasp of local tax laws, GAAP/IFRS standards, and financial analysis.

Pay: ₹15,702.25 - ₹57,909.36 per month
