Role Overview

Gateway International School is seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Chemistry to deliver high-quality subject instruction, foster scientific thinking, and support students in achieving strong academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
Develop students’ conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and scientific aptitude.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and examination materials.
Conduct practical/laboratory sessions safely and effectively.
Monitor student progress and provide timely academic support and feedback.
Maintain accurate academic records and ensure timely completion of syllabus.
Use innovative teaching methodologies and appropriate digital learning tools.




Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and academic initiatives.
Participate in parent meetings, school events, training programmes, and other assigned responsibilities.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-centred classroom setting.

Candidate Profile
Master’s Degree in Chemistry with B.Ed. qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
Solid subject knowledge and excellent classroom management skills.
Experience in preparing students for Board examinations is preferred.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
Passionate about mentoring students and contributing to overall school development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
