Position: Admission Counsellor
Location: Reliance Animation Academy, Patna
Employment Type: Full time
Job Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and social media leads.
Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities and admission process.
Explain courses such as Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Video Editing & Filmmaking.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain daily lead, follow-up and admission records.
Invite prospective students for free demo classes, counselling sessions and campus visits.
Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Coordinate with the academic and management teams for smooth admissions.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi & English communication is preferred.
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Experience in education counselling, telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
