Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise, train, motivate, and schedule restaurant staff.
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and wastage.
Control operating costs and support achievement of sales and profit targets.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, purchase, and accounts teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and food-safety regulations.
Monitor cash handling, billing, discounts, and daily closing procedures.
Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports.
Plan promotions, special events, and initiatives to increase revenue.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
