Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage and control production processes to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Develop and implement effective production plans, including scheduling, material allocation, and equipment management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and disruptions.
Analyze production data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.

Job Requirements :
Experience in production planning control, preferably in a similar industry.
Knowledge of PPC, injection moulding, and other relevant technologies is desirable.
Solid analytical skills are needed to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements is an asset.
