Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Jr. Business Development Executive with at least 6 months of experience. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Upwork bidding, especially cover letter writing, along with knowledge of web development technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
Write effective and customized cover letters to acquire clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
Generate leads and maintain client relationships
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities

Must-Have Skills:




Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and cover letter writing
Basic knowledge of web development
Understanding of Python and Django Framework

Nice to Have:
Client handling and communication skills
Knowledge or experience in IT products and sales

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and target-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
