Objective

Generate current business opportunities through field visits, customer relationship building, market development, lead generation, and sales conversion for Pavers, RMC, Blue Metals & Blocks, and Precast products.

Key Responsibilities
Visit architects, builders, contractors, engineers, dealers, consultants, and project sites.
Generate current leads and business enquiries through regular field visits.
Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects and collect customer requirements.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and applications.
Promote and market Pavers, RMC, Blue Metals & Blocks, and Precast products.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, negotiations, and order conversion.




Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Update all customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups in ERP/CRM on the same day.
Submit daily visit reports and regular activity updates.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, pricing, and customer feedback.
Support promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
Achieve assigned field activity, lead generation, and business targets.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Civil / Construction / Building Material Sales is mandatory.
Experience in Pavers, RMC, Blue Metals, Blocks, Precast, or other construction materials will be preferred.
Candidates who are native to Coimbatore, Tirupur, or Salem are preferred.
