About the Role

Full Power Media Private Limited is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid B2C acquisition engine — primarily cold-audience acquisition across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads. You'll be accountable not just for running campaigns, but for understanding which audiences, offers, and creatives actually convert into paying, retained users. You'll also work closely with (and eventually build internal capability beyond) our existing external performance marketing agency.

What You'll Do
Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads
Test audiences, targeting variables, and ICPs to find the lowest CAC and strongest conversion
Run structured creative and messaging A/B tests — hooks, offers, formats — not gut-feel decisions




Track the full funnel (ad → landing page → signup → trial → paid) and fix drop-off points
Build and optimize retargeting campaigns before scaling top-of-funnel spend
Own unit economics: CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, revenue by segment/channel/creative
Manage budgets responsibly — scale what works, cut what doesn't, prevent overspend
Run and document structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses and learnings
Maintain clean tracking/attribution (pixels, UTMs, conversion events) across all sources
Monitor and constructively challenge the external performance agency's approach

What We're Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing / paid acquisition experience
Robust hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — not just agency oversight
Track record optimizing for CAC and revenue, not just cheap leads or CPL
Bonus: SaaS, consumer tech, creator-tech, D2C, or subscription business experien
