Job Description:

Palni Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong experience in US IT Staffing, Corp-to-Corp (C2C) Recruitment, and Direct Client Hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting IT consultants for US-based requirements and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source, screen, qualify, and submit IT professionals for US client requirements.
Handle Corp-to-Corp (C2C) recruitment and consultant hiring.
Work on Direct Client and TCS C2C requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, referrals, and professional networks.
Recruit candidates with valid US work authorization, including H1B and EAD.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations,



and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT consultants.
Maintain regular communication with candidates, vendors, and clients.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Ensure timely submissions and successful closures.

Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing.
Robust experience in Corp-to-Corp (C2C) recruitment.
Experience working with Direct Clients.
Experience handling TCS C2C requirements.
Previous TCS experience is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
Strong knowledge of US work authorization categories.
Experience with LinkedIn and major US job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
