· Job Summary:

· We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Management Trainer to design and deliver training programs that improve employees’ management, leadership, communication, customer service, and skilled skills. The trainer will be responsible for assessing training needs, conducting engaging sessions, and measuring training effectiveness.

· Key Responsibilities

· Conduct training programs for Branch Managers, ASM's, RSM's and ZSM's.

· Develop training modules, presentations, activities, and assessments.

· Identify individual and organizational training needs.

· Train employees on leadership, communication, team management, problem-solving, and customer handling.

· Conduct role plays, group discussions, case studies, and practical activities.

· Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.





· Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

· Continuously update training content based on business needs.

· Support employee development and performance improvement initiatives.

· Required Skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

· Good knowledge of management and training methodologies.

· Ability to engage and motivate learners.

· Strong facilitation and classroom-management skills.

· Proficiency in PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
