Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead greenfield project execution from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee site operations during construction phase, including monitoring progress against milestones and identifying potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in engineering & construction industry with expertise in greenfield projects.
- Strong understanding of GREEN & CO principles for sustainable development.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from planning to execution phases.
- Excellent field management skills with ability to lead teams remotely or in office.
