Locations: Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Uttar Pradesh

Position: Area Manager (AM)
Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive regional sales growth and achieve business targets
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage area managers & sales teams.
✅ Develop and expand distributor & dealer networks
✅ Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners
✅ Identify new market opportunities and implement sales strategies
✅ Monitor team performance, market trends, and competitor activities
✅ Ensure effective reporting and territory management.





Requirements:
✔ Relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sales & Marketing
✔ Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
✔ Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets
✔ Willingness to travel across the assigned region
