Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess robust subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and effective learning environment while supporting students' academic and overall development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver subject-specific lessons for Classes XI–XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Assess students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide academic support, guidance, and remedial assistance to students.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board Examinations.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
- Ensure a disciplined, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in PTMs, staff meetings,



workshops, and school events.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic and holistic development.
