Job Description

JARO Education is looking for dynamic and target-driven Career Development Officers (CDO) / Career Development Executives (CDE) to join our Career Development team.

The role involves counseling prospective learners and working professionals, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable executive education programs, and driving admissions through consultative sales.

Locations

Premium Vertical: Goregaon East

DLP Vertical: Goregaon East, Thane, Chembur & Pune

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding career development programs.
- Handle both inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct counseling through phone and virtual channels.
- Explain programs, fees, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Deliver ethical, professional, and customer-centric counseling.

Candidate Profile
- Education: HSC accepted; Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
- Experience in hardcore outbound sales is mandatory.
- Non-field sales experience preferred.
- EdTech / Education sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong confidence, fluency, persuasion, and sales aptitude.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven setting.
- Stable employment history is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Age Criteria
- Premium Vertical: Up to 35 years
- DLP Vertical: Up to 29–30 years

Compensation
- DLP Vertical: Up to ₹65,000 net/month
- Premium Vertical: Up to ₹70,000/month
