*Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. *Sales & Business Development*

* Generate new enquiries and handle existing clients.

* Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and negotiations for order finalization.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

2. *Estimation & Costing*

* Study client drawings, RFQs, BOQs, and technical specifications.

* Prepare cost estimations for *Heavy Fabrication, Sheet Metal, and Drilling works*.

* Calculate material, machining, fabrication, welding, finishing, and overhead costs.

* Prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable quotations.

3. *Government Tenders & Bidding*

* Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids for *Government tenders* (BHEL, NTPC, EIL, ONGC, etc.).

* Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical scope, and commercial conditions.

* Coordinate with internal departments for technical clarifications and document submission.

* Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all requirements.





* Follow up on tender results and maintain records of submitted bids.

4. *Technical Coordination*

* Coordinate closely with Production, Design, and Purchase departments.

* Provide clients with technical clarifications and finalize requirements.

* Track order execution and provide timely updates to clients.

5. *Market Research & Strategy*

* Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends.

* Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities.

* Suggest strategies to management for sales growth and cost optimization.

*Skills Required:*

* Solid knowledge of estimation and costing in *Heavy Fabrication, Sheet Metal, and Drilling operations*.

* Ability to handle *Government e-Tenders* (BHEL, NTPC, ONGC, EIL, State/Central Govt. departments).

* Proficiency in online tender portals and documentation.
