Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in retail and commercial interior design, technical drawings, material selection and project costing. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, calculating project costs and coordinating with Sales, Production, Purchase and Project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and practical interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare design presentations and material/finish specifications.
- Prepare BOQ, material quantity calculations and project costing.
- Calculate approximate material, fabrication, furniture and installation costs.
- Prepare and revise cost estimates and quotations based on design requirements.




- Ensure designs are commercially viable and within the approved project budget.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Estimation, Purchase and Site/Project teams.
- Review drawings and specifications before releasing them for production.
- Ensure accurate dimensions, materials, finishes and specifications.
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections and design coordination when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding materials, finishes and pricing.
- Handle design modifications and provide cost impact of changes.
- Resolve design and technical issues during production and execution.
- Guide junior interior designers and review their drawings and design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Costing & Estimation Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ/BOM and detailed costing for interior projects.
- Calculate quantities for MDF, plyw
