About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales MIS Executive to support our sales team with accurate and timely reporting, data management, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate should have solid MS Excel skills, good analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of sales data and prepare meaningful reports for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, verify, and maintain sales data from different sources.
- Track sales targets, achievements, revenue, orders, leads, conversions, and other key sales KPIs.
- Prepare sales performance reports for management and sales teams.
- Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance against targets.
- Maintain and update sales databases, trackers, and dashboards.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with sales teams to resolve them.
- Prepare region-wise, product-wise, salesperson-wise, and channel-wise sales reports.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, pending orders,
and other sales activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the sales team in planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments for data collection and reconciliation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
- Good understanding of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, filters, sorting, and charts.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.
