- JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced
Sales Engineer
to drive business growth across strategic
OEM accounts
by developing customer relationships, identifying recent opportunities, and providing consultative automation solutions.

The role will focus on
Industrial Automation, Drive Technology, Motion Control, Servo Systems, PLCs, HMIs, and Machine Automation
, while managing the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to order closure.

- QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, EnTC, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related engineering/technical discipline.




- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation Sales, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, OEM Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Strong experience in industrial automation and OEM customer management.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.

- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic OEM customers across the assigned territory.
- Develop account plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market penetration.
- Identify opportunities for automation upgrades, modernization, retrofits, and competitor replacements.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand share of wallet within existing accounts.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend value-based automation solutions.
- Work with Technical Sales and Application Engineering teams to develop customer solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
