Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with medical colleges, universities and external academic institutions for academic collaborations.
- Support accreditation/recognition requirements related to teaching and academic activities.
- Maintain records of academic programmes, attendance, feedback and participation.
- Coordinate camp, case presentations, daily rounds, MTP Process & Audits, ANC audits.
- Coordinate with consultants, doctors, HODs and clinical departments for smooth operations.
- Manage medical administrative processes, meetings, and departmental coordination.
- Support clinical teaching and academic programmes for residents, interns and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate medical staff onboarding, credentialing & Privileging of consultants, residents and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Quality standards, hospital policies and clinical protocols.
- Prepare MIS, reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with Quality, HR, Nursing and other support departments.
- Support clinical governance, patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

* Female

* BHAMS/BAMS with MBA/MHA

*Min 4 Years experience in medical services/admin
