Job Overview

APB Engineering Projects is looking for a motivated and responsible Digital Marketing & Customer Handling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting digital marketing activities, generating leads, communicating with customers, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the company’s digital marketing activities.
- Handle social media platforms and online promotions.
- Generate and follow up on leads through digital channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.




- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, enquiries, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer and lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist in improving the company’s online presence and brand visibility.
- Prepare basic reports on leads, enquiries, and marketing activities.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
- ESI & PF benefits provided as per applicable rules.
