We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Sales Executive with robust experience in closing high-value property deals. The candidate will be responsible for managing qualified leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, handling negotiations, overcoming objections, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings and sales.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and independently taking deals from initial discussion to final closure and payment.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of qualified leads and drive them toward successful deal closure.
- Conduct high-level client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, decision-making process, and purchase intent.
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Handle customer objections related to price, location, payment terms, possession, amenities, and other concerns.
- Lead negotiations and close deals within company-approved pricing and commercial terms.




- Follow up strategically with serious prospects until booking confirmation.
- Create urgency and communicate the value proposition effectively to accelerate decision-making.
- Convert site visits and qualified prospects into bookings and revenue.
- Coordinate with management for approval of special pricing, discounts, payment plans, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure collection of booking amount and coordinate the transaction until completion.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, follow-ups, negotiations, and closure status in CRM.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline value, expected closures, achieved sales, and pending deals.
- Develop strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and corporate clients.
- Support junior sales executives in negotiation and closing difficult deals.
