We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Online 1-on-1 Tutors to provide personalized academic guidance to students from Class 8 through JEE and NEET preparation.

The tutor will conduct individual online classes, understand each student's learning requirements, explain concepts clearly, solve doubts, and help students build strong academic fundamentals and achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive 1-on-1 online classes.
- Teach according to the student's class, syllabus, level, and learning objectives.
- Build strong conceptual understanding and fundamentals.




- Explain difficult concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Solve academic and subject-related doubts.
- Provide practice questions, assignments, and homework when required.
- Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Adapt teaching methods according to individual student needs.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for school examinations and, where applicable, JEE/NEET-level examinations.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in every class.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents/guardians when required.

Requirements
- Robust command of the relevant subject.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
- Experience teaching Class 8–12, JEE, or NEET students is an advantage.
