Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Executive - HR to support day-to-day business and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily office and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist with follow-ups.
- Maintain records, documents, and reports.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and update trackers.
- Handle emails, data entry, and routine documentation.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and project-related activities.
- Support management and team members with day-to-day requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 years of experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Profile
- Candidates with positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates who are organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Prior experience in administration, coordination, or office operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
