Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1 to 4 years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) followup and collections.
- Solid understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of medical coding (ICD10, CPT) will be an added advantage.
Shift & Work Model:
- Must be versatile to work night shifts (US time zone).
- 5 days working from office.
