Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of dental clinics, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality patient care.
- Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient base and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare management.
- Any graduate with past similar experience
- BDS degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
- MBA/PGDM in Hospitality Management preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust understanding of principles and practices.
