Role Description
The Recruiter Intern will support end-to-end talent acquisition activities for Iklavya’s field sales programs. This full-time, in office role is based in Noida and involves sourcing candidates from Tier 2–3 locations, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will assist in conducting initial telephonic or in-person assessments,
share program details with prospective candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also includes collaborating with training and operations teams to understand hiring needs, tracking recruitment metrics, and contributing to process improvements. The Recruiter Intern will interact regularly with candidates and partners, representing Iklavya’s values of respect and results in all communications.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse candidates.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Comfort using digital tools such as spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems, or CRM-style databases to manage candidate information.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring requirements and follow-ups efficiently.
