Role & responsibilities
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to join our medical team. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, delivering primary medical care, and assisting senior consultants in diagnosing and treating various health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct initial medical evaluations, take patient histories, and record vital signs.
- Clinical Duties: Diagnose illnesses, prescribe appropriate medications, and implement treatment plans under the guidance of senior physicians.
- Ward Rounds: Conduct regular daily rounds to monitor the progress of in-patients and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Emergency Response: Provide immediate first-line medical care and stabilization for emergency and trauma cases before specialist intervention.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate,
up-to-date patient medical records and ensure proper clinical handovers between shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Registration: Valid, active registration with the State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, robust interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
