Role Description
This is a full-time,



in office Product Manager role in Life Insurance, based in Pune City, for experienced professionals with 8–20 years of relevant background. The Product Manager will lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of life insurance products, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with actuarial, underwriting, sales, marketing, and operations teams to define product features, ensure regulatory compliance, and support product launches. The role involves monitoring product performance, analyzing portfolio metrics, and recommending improvements to enhance profitability and customer value.
