Role & responsibilities
- Acquire new Premium and Affluent Banking customers through outbound sales activities.
- Source High Net Worth (HNI) and mass affluent customers through market mapping and networking.
- Drive CASA acquisition and liability business growth.
- Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
- Cross-sell banking products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, and Loans.
- Generate Assets Under Management (AUM) through investment and wealth products.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with premium customers.
- Conduct financial need analysis and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Increase customer wallet share through relationship deepening initiatives.
- Ensure timely onboarding and activation of newly acquired customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, events, and acquisition campaigns to generate business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Branch Banking, Wealth, and Product teams to maximize business outcomes.




- Regularly review customer portfolios and identify up-selling opportunities.
- Deliver superior customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Adhere to KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and process completion as per bank guidelines.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow ethical sales practices.
- Track competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
- Utilize digital banking platforms and CRM tools for lead management and customer engagement.
- Contribute towards branch profitability and business growth objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Premium Banking Sales.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Experience in Premium Banking, Privilege Ban
