Job Summary

The Head – Events will be responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, and executing public events, ministry programs, conferences, and community events of Jesus Calls. The role requires strong event leadership, team management, vendor coordination, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage events from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of public events, conferences, ministry programs, and special events.
- Develop event concepts, plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies.
- Form and lead event committees and assign responsibilities to staff and volunteers.
- Coordinate with churches, ministry partners, communities, and other stakeholders for event requirements.
- Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with venues, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Manage event logistics including venue setup, seating, stage, sound, lighting, transportation, accommodation, catering, security, and other arrangements.
- Prepare and monitor event budgets and ensure expenses are within approved limits.




- Support fundraising and sponsorship activities for events, wherever required.
- Lead and train staff and volunteers involved in event execution.
- Coordinate event promotions, publicity, invitations, registrations, and communication activities.
- Work closely with PR, Media, Marketing, Prayer Towers, and other departments to ensure effective event promotion and execution.
- Maintain robust relationships with churches, community leaders, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure events are conducted smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with the vision and values of Jesus Calls.
- Handle event-related administration, documentation, permissions, and statutory requirements.
- Travel to different locations as required for event planning and execution.
- Monitor event progress and resolve operational issues during events.
