Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Growth:




- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the HoReCa/Industry/Garden segment in the assigned region.
- Implement initiatives to drive sales volume (road shows, meet-up, trade market visit), ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Business Development:
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with key accounts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.

Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Understand the unique needs of key customers and provide solutions that add value to their businesses.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction to maintain loyalty and long-term partnership
