Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research overseas prospects in agreed target markets such as USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Canada and selected international markets.
- Build targeted B2B prospect lists by industry, geography, company size and decision-maker.
- Run personalized cold-email campaigns and systematic follow-ups.
- Build, optimize and nurture LinkedIn profiles and prospect relationships.
- Start conversations with founders, CEOs, marketing heads, operations heads and technology decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery calls and online sales meetings to understand business requirements.
- Present Paperboat services including websites, mobile apps, custom software, UI/UX, SEO, paid marketing, healthcare marketing, MarTech and AI automation.
- Prepare proposals, scopes, commercial discussions and follow-up plans.
- Handle objections and negotiate within management-approved commercial terms.
- Maintain a clean CRM pipeline from prospect to closed/won and lost stages.
- Coordinate with technical/marketing teams for estimation, proposal preparation and delivery handover.




- Track pipeline value, meeting volume, proposal value, win rate, sales cycle and revenue collected.
- Build long-term relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Previous international sales experience is strongly preferred.
- IT services, software, SaaS, web development, digital marketing or outsourcing sales experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Solid cold-email and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
- Experience with Zoom/Google Meet, CRM, proposals and online negotiation.
- Strong research, communication, presentation and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable working with international time zones.
- Ability to understand and sell technology services without being a developer.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
