- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey.
- Manage smooth passenger onboarding and offboarding.
- Stay onboard and assist passengers throughout the journey.
- Handle passenger queries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve passenger concerns and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.
- Coordinate with the driver and relevant team members when required.
- Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Follow company safety, service, and operational procedures.
- Remain available and adaptable for night shift operations.
