About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Business Development Executive to support our business growth through effective marketing initiatives, lead generation, client engagement, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to convert leads into business opportunities.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, email marketing, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.




- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, events, and networking activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong calling, follow-up, negotiation, and presentation skills.
